You do not need a game account. Your player name, progress and settings are saved on your device. Android advertising and purchases involve Google services, which process additional information as described below.
1. Who we are
Guize.app operates Win Xpee: Toilet Cleaner (the “Game”). This policy explains how information is handled when you play the Game on Android, in a browser or in a PC edition. Features and third-party services vary by platform. Contact us at talk@guize.app.
2. Information we handle
- Local game data: your chosen player name, progress, scores, currency, inventory, unlocks, tutorial status and settings. You may use a nickname; your real name is not required. The identity-reveal mechanic and in-game newspaper are fictional and do not publish your name to other players.
- Device preferences: the Game reads language and available device capability information to choose language and graphics settings. These adjustments happen on your device.
- Service data: advertising, consent and purchase services handle the information described in sections 3 and 4. The Game checks network availability before online features.
- Support messages: if you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to send. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
- Web access: when you load the browser edition or this page, the hosting provider receives technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages. Server logs may be used to deliver and secure the website.
The current Game does not require registration or provide a Guize.app cloud-save account. It stores saves locally and does not send your chosen player name or save file to a Guize.app game server. It does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise GPS location.
3. Android advertising
The Android edition uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. The current browser and PC editions do not use AdMob.
Google’s advertising SDK can collect and share IP addresses, advertising and other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. IP addresses can indicate an approximate location. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, operate its services and prevent fraud. What is processed depends on consent, region, device settings and SDK configuration.
Where required, a consent form offers choices before ads are requested. You can revisit available choices through the Game’s advertising privacy option in Settings. You can also manage your advertising ID in Android settings. Ads without personalization may still involve technical data processing.
When the No Ads lifetime purchase is recognized, the Game skips advertising and grants the associated reward benefits without showing an ad. This does not erase information previously processed by advertising providers.
Learn more: Google Privacy Policy, Google partner services and AdMob data disclosures.
4. Purchases and store services
Google Play processes Android purchases. The Game receives purchase information, including a signed receipt, purchase token, product identifier and purchase status, to verify, acknowledge and restore your entitlement. A signed receipt and entitlement information are stored locally. Guize.app does not receive your full payment-card details.
The Android edition may offer Google Play’s in-app review prompt. Reviews and associated account information are handled by Google Play. If you obtain a PC edition through Steam, Valve handles store transactions and platform information under the Steam Privacy Policy.
5. Purposes, sharing and legal grounds
We use information to provide gameplay, save preferences, recognize purchases, deliver optional services, respond to support requests and protect the Game. We do not sell your player name or local save file. Advertising-related sharing is described above; terms such as “sale” or “sharing” may have broader meanings under local privacy laws.
Information may be processed by Google, the distribution platform, and hosting or email providers as needed for their services. We may disclose information we hold when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.
Where applicable, our legal grounds are providing the service you request, legitimate interests in support and security, legal obligations, and consent for processing that requires it. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
6. Storage, retention and security
Local saves remain until you clear the Game’s app data or browser site data. Uninstalling may remove local data, but operating-system backups can retain or restore it depending on your settings. The Android edition permits system backup; manage those copies through your device or backup provider.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, handle related disputes or meet legal requirements. Advertising providers and stores retain their records under their own policies. Clearing the Game does not delete store purchase history or provider-held data.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts transmitted user data using TLS. Service providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable transfer requirements and their published safeguards.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
- Delete local progress: clear the Game’s storage through Android app settings, or clear site data for the browser edition. This removes local progress and preferences. Check device backups separately. A purchased entitlement may be restored through the store.
- Manage ads: use the advertising privacy option in Settings where available, and Android’s advertising controls.
- Request help: email talk@guize.app to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. We cannot remotely access or erase a save that exists only on your device.
Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or opting out of certain advertising-related processing under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD or applicable US state laws. We may request limited information to verify your request and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Exercising privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.
8. Children and families
Please follow the age rating and eligibility requirements shown by your app store. We do not ask players to provide their real name or knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address deletion where appropriate. Parents should also review device, advertising and store controls.
9. Links and policy updates
Links to other games, websites or stores open services with their own privacy practices. This policy may change when the Game or its services change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request consent when required. This policy page itself contains no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies.
